First two sets of couple days at a time producing the food and pictures. Themes of the book starts to get the shape and ideas are flowing. Januarys second 'bootcamp' of producing were held at new Metro wholesale's demo kitchen at Konepaja.
December 2023
Start of the project. First meeting with the publisher. Consept is starting to be clear and we really get into working. Next step is going to be lot of wine and writing down the best recepies we have come up during our careers in kitchen. As the title says the book is going to be something different than cookbooks usually.
